I have been to MANY optometrists and by far this has been the best experience I've ever had! I genuinely felt cared for by Dr. Avonda and his staff, ESPECIALLY AMBER♡ They were able to get me in as a new patient with a short notice (I can irresponsible at times) by the kind receptionist! Thank you so much, I am forever a client and referring anyone who asks (3 done already 🤌). They are not all about the money! They are reasonable and generous!!!
Dr.Avonda is a remarkable optometrist! He is genuine, caring and very professional.
It was an exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly, l and personable while remaining very professional. Dr. Avonda has been my eye care doctor for several years. First - when he practiced in Lake City. Now, the practice is in Alachua, and I gladly make the 30 minute trip to his office. If I had to drive further, I would! He is warm, professional, highly knowledgeable in his craft, and caring toward his patients. Even if you have a ‘complicated’ prescription, as I do, and need ‘special’ correction for work, etc., as I do — you’ll be treated well and he’ll proficiently take care of your vision needs.
I am very happy to have such great service from Dr. Avonda and his professional and courteous team. The staff at Alachua Family Eye Care are very efficient and make sure to take good care of you regarding your appointments and making you feel welcome and comfortable when you arrive.
