Best experience. I had a torn meniscus, Mr. Arroyo took time to clearly explain the details of my operation in simple, easy to understand terms. I’m glad to say that both the surgery and the follow up care were excellent. Great staff too!
My wife went in to get a knee gel injection. It turned out to be extremely painful but the doctor was very indifferent to her. Even though she needed smelling salts to keep from fainting and was unable to leave for over 30 minutes, he never once came back to check on her or to provide follow up instructions. No empathy or concern whatsoever….very disappointed as he had been recommended and has mostly good reviews.
If you’re thinking about the PRP - do it!! I want to thank Dr Arroyo and his entire staff for their generosity and making sure I am taken care of. Excelente ortopedista. Me atendió de manera muy profesional y con mucha rapidez. En mi caso tuve una fractura de clavícula, y no solo me dio la atención inmediata, sino que también programó la cirugía en muy poco tiempo. La recuperación fue muy buena y más rápida de lo que esperaba gracias a su seguimiento y experiencia.
