Awful doesn't come close to describing Dr. Arnold and his staff. They will make you wait for months and then when you arrive they won't tell you that your are not meeting with a licensed doctor but instead "student doctors". I had no clue the person treating me and scheduling me for surgery was not a licensed doctor until he was unable to answer my questions regarding my condition and surgery.
