Here is what I did like. Dr. Aiello is nice, kind, and I truly believe he wants to help his patients. Here is what I didn't like. I changed dentist due to a change in my insurance. I had to re do x-rays which I had just done literally a year ago at a different dentist during an initial intake consultation appointment. Then I had to wait an additional 3 months for my actual cleaning which I scheduled for September 2027. Then my wife tries to make an appointment, and they are not accepting new patients. I have been going to Dr. Aiello since I was 8 years old, he is the best. I had an insurance issue 8 years ago and went to another guy for 1 visit and it was awful compared to Dr. Aiello. He is thoughtful, nice, and patient. I made husband come he because he has a fear of dentists and he loves him too.
Love Dr. Aiello and staff! They are incredible with my children and make sure we all get the care we need! My kids love seeing Dr. Aiello!
