I went into the office as an established patient. I am also a self pay patient. My visit was for a simple small lipoma removal X2 (I already knew what the lipomas were-this was not a diagnostic appointment). I was quoted on my first visit a very reasonable price. I made the appointment that very day to come back and have the procedure done. Had mohs surgery at Ocoee office on 01AUG2023. Took seven hours, particularly because of the absurdly high number of patients scheduled for the same procedure. Although excellent for the organization's bottom line it shows a complete lack of respect/ consideration to the patients.
STAY AWAY....THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO AND TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND THINK ONLY THEIR TIME IS VALUABLE AND RULES ONLY APPLY TO US NOT THEM. THEY EMBODY THE CONCEPT OF VICTIM MENTALITY. So I take leaving reviews seriously. PA advised my husband she was prescribing a specialty medicine and went over sides effects, etc. with him in the room. MA called us later that day to have us request the medical records from his other physician. I called his rheumatologist and had their records sent to the derm office who in turn also requested the derm's records.
