I had a great experience with Dr. Hester. He was very kind, patient, and informative during my visit. He took the time to explain my situation clearly and even referred me to a knee specialist to ensure I got the best care possible. I truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend!
I did a walk-in appointment. I felt very rushed even though I was in a-lot of pain. The lady who did my x-ray was very friendly patient and helpful. The Dr. and his help was not as helpful as I would have expected. Neither one took the time both explain to me about home care and apparently they didn’t communicate with each other because the Nurse wasn’t about to give me a Dr.Note she stated”its not broke” when the Dr. clearly said and showed me it was. Long story short treat all your patients with care and concern.
Dr Hester saw me quickly after a fall on my hip. He did a thorough examination and xray. He had clear plan to make the diagnosis and ordered a CT the next day. He called me the results and gave further guidance. Fortunately no fracture and he explained what to do next. Good experience.
