Dr. Cole is professional, kind, and very thorough. His fees are not outrageous and I like the staff assisting me with glasses.
Dr Cole and his staff went above & beyond to not only have new glasses ready the same day, but to refer me to an ophthalmologist in Gainesville to check for glaucoma. They requested my old records from Miami to compare and then referred me. I highly recommend.
I ordered glasses online with my Walmart prescription and the glasses seemed off. Walmart's person isn't in until Monday so I gave these guys a call. Tyler was super nice on the phone and said I could come in anytime and they could take a look. When I went in I was met by a lady who was extremely RUDE to me. She got an attitude straight away that I didn't get my prescription done with them. I told her "You don't have to check them," but she did it with even more attitude.
