He is so good and take care not just for the babies but take care for parents and anybody around the babies
Dr Cardiello is a wonderful doctor who always listens to patients' concerns. My issue is that the front desk person in the Kearny office who only wants to take messages if/when the doctor is in the office. So if you need a refill and call Kearny on a Tuesday you have to call back on Thursday when the doctor is present. I'm not sure that I understand the sense of that when the front desk staff should the message, confirm that patient is on the medication and have the info ready for the physician to review and authorize. Really disappointed with the office staff! From day one they have been rude and unprofessional. We love our pediatrician Dr. Lipstein but dealing with these women makes me want to go elsewhere. It is like walking into a henHouse listening to all these women talk about personal problems. And when I call about my child and get spoken to like I am incompetent that's when I've had enough. Will be contacting the office manager.
Is the "BEST!" hospital out there yet!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! The front staff are the rudest women I have ever had to deal with. Every phone call, you are given the fifth degree. The doctors are uncaring and talk down to you like you are an idiot- I guess I am an IDIOT, an IDIOT for staying with this AWFUL practice for 10 plus years!!!!!! FINALLY DONE!!!!! Terrible, awful, disgrace!!!!
Dr. William Christiana seems to have the potential to be a good Doctor, but in my opinion does not spend enough time listening to his patients, and seems to rush them out of his office. Without giving them much information or advice on the current condition they came in for in the first place. I have an empty feeling leaving his office.
