I was trying to speak with someone with a little compassion but was left with a disappointing ending. My mother rented this unit and was unexpectedly moved to a medical facility for the foreseeable future. When I called to try to set up some sort of arrangement financially to pay for it on my own in order to get her finances in order they refused to accommodate any flexibility and locked the unit adding additional fees and now I have zero access to her unit until close to $300 is paid.
