Storage unit was very good, the customer service rep was extremely nice and helpful. She does a great job.
Myca is amazing. She’s always so nice and helpful.
Initially I was relatively happy with this storage facility. I didn't like that I couldn't access my unit directly from the lot but had to go down a long, poorly lit hallway in the interior of a building. Other than that it was ok. Now since they've had a fire in the building beside mine, the lights don't work at all in my unit or in the hallway. It's impossible to get help as there is no one there and when I do reach someone on the phone they are difficult to communicate with and the problems haven't been touched though the... read more

I bought some chairs on Marketplace that surprisingly came with ottomans. I am in a little cottage and not moving to a larger house for a month. The charis would not fit in my little cottage. So as my son was driving me home with my lovely new furniture and shaking his head about where on earth I would put them, I called a number I found on Google and reached Nancy. She was brilliant!!!
