Called regarding an ebike accident and a faulty quick release mechanism that had no instructions as how tight to tighten it in the owners manual for assembly. There's also no warning if it is over tightened or under tightened that the wheel will disengage from the forks. Clearly a liability from the manufacturer and seller.
