I would recommend Wileys to all clock owners. Great service if you’re willing to wait up to 2 years for repairs. I was pleased ++++++
I was a little hesitant about coming here based on other reviews, but I was very happy with my experience! Staff were friendly and professional. I just needed a watch band adjusted, which they did very quickly (~five minutes) and charged a reasonable price. I also brought in an antique family pocket watch and asked about repairs; they were upfront and said they couldn’t do work on that but gave me recommendations for other places in the city.
