Best optometrist I’ve ever had. Very caring and understanding, decent prices, and great atmosphere. I’ve had problems with my eyes for years and Dr. Willard always is able to help me out.
Based on previous reviews I decided to book an appointment even though it meant a trip to Prescott Costco. I had a bad first impression for a new patient. I booked an appointment as a new patient and had to cancel 7 days in advance due to transportation issues. I live 40 miles away and I tried to explain. I was told whatever, thanks for canceling, then she said BYEEEE and hung up.I am not sure if what I heard was background noise from another conversation, doesn’t matter it didn’t make me feel good. 8/03/22-COSTCO-Dr. Willer Optometry-Apologize for the delay in this review. For it not for Dr. Willer & Shannon's quick response and ability to get me in to take pictures of eyes I may have gone blind, due to the discovery of a Detached Retina. Not only were they awesome, professional and very nice, but they got me in right away and were able to refer me to Premier Eye Center in Prescott the next day, which also was another step to prevent me from going blind, now over 3 months later I'm STILL so grateful for their actions.
