Super friendly and convenient optometrist! Dr. Willer is so patient and kind. Shannon is also so wonderful!
8/03/22-COSTCO-Dr. Willer Optometry-Apologize for the delay in this review. For it not for Dr. Willer & Shannon's quick response and ability to get me in to take pictures of eyes I may have gone blind, due to the discovery of a Detached Retina. Not only were they awesome, professional and very nice, but they got me in right away and were able to refer me to Premier Eye Center in Prescott the next day, which also was another step to prevent me from going blind, now over 3 months later I'm STILL so grateful for their actions.
Dr West and Shannon are absolutely amazing. My 14 year old son wanted contacts for the first time. He struggled a lot with getting them in and out, they were unfailingly kind, patient, and accommodating. They were so happy to help and be encouraging when he was getting frustrated. Dr west gave helpful advice, listened and asked questions, and made us feel like she really cared about him (that's not something you get from most drs these days). I've been to many Optometrists over the years and Dr Willer is among the most patient, knowledgable, and helpful. I'm not the easiest vision case but Dr W went out of his way to over-deliver. If I'm in the area next year I'll definitely go back. My wife also visits his associate Dr West at Costco and again 5 glowing stars. The receptionist can be a little short and overwhelmed at times but all in all this is a quality office I would highly recommend.
Yeah, so I've been trying to get my eyes corrected since May and it's May and they can't get it right. This is either insanity or incompetence. I'm not sure which.
