I have been a patient for 4 years. This last year their staff has gone completely down hill. They do not answer phone calls, you can only text with them. I have made multiple trips in to the office, multiple texts, and multiple messages through their portal to get medication filled and prescriptions processed and they cannot seem to complete a simple fax request. Dr. Wilden is amazing. Cornerstone is..words can't describe. Spent a month trying to get a refill. Went to the office to figure out the problem. Called the office while standing at the counter on a hunch. I watched while the phone rang and the girl at the switchboard pulled her hand back and waited for the call to go to vm. Then picked up the phone to continue her call. I confronted her and she denied the whole thing. Lied to me straight to my face! Office is worthless!!
Dr Willden is an excellent doctor. He is willing to spend time answering questions and or addressing concerns. The office staff and nurses are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Cornerstone Family Medical and Dr. Willden to anyone.
Dr. Willden takes the time to understand your concerns and addresses them as well. I didn't feel rushed when I saw him and he has very good bedside manners.
Friendly staff. The staff took time to listen to my needs. I am able to get my labs done in the same office. It is very convenient.
