Had the great opportunity to work with James Willcuts. This was my first buying experience and he did a great job of helping me thru the entire process. He is really good at his job and does a great job of being fully invested in your process of buying a home. He goes above and beyond and I am excited to work with him again when the time comes.
I'm writing this review to share others from making the same mistake I made. I entered into a business agreement with James Willcuts of willcuts reality. After a week of tough negotiation, we came to a mutual agreement. I had come up on my original offer and he had come down some. We agreed on a price. I give Kaleb 5 + stars and will recommend him to everyone I know! He was very attentive to my needs from day 1 to even after we moved in! He helped us negotiate everything we wanted when we placed an offer on our home! He was quick to reach out to the builder/seller and get a response for all of my crazy questions promptly! Kaleb was very knowledgeable and professional through the entire process . We were such a great team we consider part of our family!
