Toxic work environment for nurses and scheduling, there’s a reason for the high turnover. To work here is to be overworked and gaslit, bullied as well, I don’t recommend working for them.
If it were possible to allocate a negative quantify of stars, I would prefer that. Our experience with WillCare has included an unexpected surcharge for the nurse that was only explained in-person during the agency's assessment (something that no other agency had done); and two weeks of payment in advance for an aide who turned out to be unmotivated, unable to connect with her patient, and, most importantly, dangerously derelict in her assignment.
