Treat employees poorly, high turnover, you will rarely get the same clinician visiting, the bosses change the frequency of your home visits without informing the clinicians to give clients minimal number of treatments, if they don’t have the discipline that you need, they will still accept the case and not inform you of your options to choose another agency, they hide errors and lies made by their clinicians…
Only good post for this company are the staff members . Extremely short staffed . Accept patients and only give them one visit per week and in many instances patients need a minimum of 2 visits per week. The company has nursing driving up to one hour to visit one patient and this leads to nurses rushing thru the visits providing crappy care to meet productivity for management. This fraudulent company discharged my wife’s needed care today because they were not competent enough in helping with her ambulatory needs. Poorly trained therapists/management and participating in criminal behavior, they should never be allowed to receive valued Medicare funds. They lied by accusing me as a person to be fearful of because I complained about the poor quality of service. This group of clinical staff and office staff are the absolute best! They all treat each patient as if the patients were part of their family. This is one of the best places to work. The employees are like family!
