This fraudulent company discharged my wife’s needed care today because they were not competent enough in helping with her ambulatory needs. Poorly trained therapists/management and participating in criminal behavior, they should never be allowed to receive valued Medicare funds. I am quite unhappy about a company you referred me to. Home health care pavilion was contacted by your company to measure and supply me with a jazzy scooter it took almost 5 months for them to deliver a scooter that I don't fit in.. I have contacted Home Healthcare Pavilion over a half dozen times and when they responded it was to make excuses. Horrible. I've inquired at least twice about supplies that my mother's physician ordered sent to this agency and they never called me back.
Website says Speech Therapy is offered as a service and then when everything was set up and we were ready for the care, the woman on the phone said thwy don’t offer that… Then why is it on your website? If you don’t offer it remove it.
My husband has had physical and occupational therapy since the middle of August I was very hesitant at first it took a week or 2 to get it straight buy after that I can't say how wo nderful pt ava and ot beth have been they both worked very hard with my husband they both were very compassionate with there jobs! Thank you so much
