Home Health Care Agency This agency is one of the best home health care agencies in our area. They hire well qualified staff and expect proper care at all times from the staff. They offer a wide variety of care services, ranging from basic house cleaning to nursing care to in-hospital care. They offer referals to other services if you are unable to afford the services that they offer. Real friendly office staff who are more than willing to assist you in any way.
Complete Service The Medical Arts Eye Clinic is a fairly new building located on Lakeside Circle. This is the office area near the University Mall. I was able to make an appointment here with no problems. They have a convenient parking area. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor did a complete check up. He was very informative. I would definitely recommend the Medical Arts Eye Clinic.
bb I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. everyone was very professional.They made my experience very comfortable.I could not ask for a better dr. Thank you Dr. Marino and staff. I have not had any pain, doing very good.
Long wait in the ER; questionable patient care in hospital I would not recommend going to East Alabama Medical Center. If you can make it to another hospital, please try. Their ER is painfully slow; a recent foot injury on a slow night resulted in 6 hours of wait time (can you imagine if it was crowded? good grief). The care within the hospital itself is questionable.
ER Too slow handling for the Emergency room (ER) patients, You have to wait a loooong time before being seen by someone, even when they are not crowded. and after you go inside, just more waiting
Home Health Several of my family members and friends have used Housecalls for their in home health care. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They can be counted on to show up.

Best Care I take care of my elderly mother at home. I have regular care that comes to the house to help with her needs. When our regular person needed to take a vacation I was happy to find the service of Mederi. They came to the house while our regular provider was unavailable. They really listened to what we needed and gave my mother very good care.
Nice clean hospital We have visited several people in this hospital and they have a nice clean hospital with very friendly staff. They seem to strive to make the patients stay very comfortable. They are also helpful if you are visiting.
