I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your employee Ron Shue. We were allowing ya’ll to drive thru our pasture gate to make it easier for ya’ll to dig a trench for Oncor. This gate is about 300 yards from our house which is kept locked & we have to put the horses up before we can open it. Oncor told me that someone would let us know when this was going to happen.
