Called them up to deal with rat(s) in the attic. Pro: Service Tech was prompt and friendly. Said they'd be there at 9 and was on time, no 3 hour window where they show up after 3 -4 hours. Con: While they did set traps and got 1 rat out, their minor exclusion work (blocking a potential hole at hvac entering the house) doesn't appear to be sufficient to keep them out because they are back after ~5 months. I had a disappointing experience with this company and will not be using their service again. I requested additional baiting because the full affected area was not covered during the initial visit. I understood their explanation that, because these were moisture ants, baiting alone may not fully solve the underlying problem. However, I still wanted additional bait placed because bait was only applied on one side of the rooms, while there were significantly more ants showing up in the living room. Read this before you hire this company. We hired this company to resolve an active rodent and squirrel infestation in our home. What we received instead was weeks of frustration, conflicting information, and zero results. They came out three separate times to trap rodents and removed dead animals. We were then told exclusion work was necessary to prevent re-entry. We paid for that work. We were informed the exclusion had been completed- without anyone needing interior access.
