Great experience with Willard’s. The price was stated up front and included 3 site visits. The tech was on time, great communication, took care of the nasty rat problem and prevented it from happening again.
I had an outstanding experience with Sebring from Willard's Pest Control when he came to my home for a bat inspection. During his walkthrough, he spotted a bat that was stuck on a sticky mouse trap left behind by a previous company. Sebring didn't hesitate—he made it his absolute priority to save that little bat's life, and he succeeded! Work van speeds uncontrollable through residential streets almost hitting kids playing.
Called them up to deal with rat(s) in the attic. Pro: Service Tech was prompt and friendly. Said they'd be there at 9 and was on time, no 3 hour window where they show up after 3 -4 hours. Con: While they did set traps and got 1 rat out, their minor exclusion work (blocking a potential hole at hvac entering the house) doesn't appear to be sufficient to keep them out because they are back after ~5 months. I had a disappointing experience with this company and will not be using their service again. I requested additional baiting because the full affected area was not covered during the initial visit. I understood their explanation that, because these were moisture ants, baiting alone may not fully solve the underlying problem. However, I still wanted additional bait placed because bait was only applied on one side of the rooms, while there were significantly more ants showing up in the living room.
