Rude, willing to "pass the buck" if they mess up. I would never recommend going to this shop unless you want your car in worse condition than it already was after they just "looked" at it. They don't accept that they make mistakes and they are very defensive about it. They are purely in it for the money and they obviously don't care about their work.

Wonderful Service I was looking for an honest repair shop to take my car for a few repairs. I needed an oil change along with needing a broken strut replaced and a knocking in the engine looked at.From start to finish, they were great! It is hard to trust anyone these days, but I will surely being going back to Willards.

Our Response Ms. “J.S.” dropped her 2005 Toyota 4Runner off for a 60,000 mile service. We performed A 31+ multi-point inspection, including a engine oil change, oil filter change, chassis lubrication, tire rotation, brake inspection. This inspection calls for the replacement of the engine air cleaner and cabin air cleaner. The engine air cleaner was not needed so we did not change it. Didn't offer estimate before doing work; then got mean Yes I am a female who knows nothing about cars, but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to give an estimate before they do any work on the car. I called them four times in 6 hours and was repeatedly told "I'll have someone call you about an estimate." Didn't happen. When I picked up my car and confronted Jack about the poor communication, he got very mean. I paid and left as quickly as I could. Ended up paying $120 to get a cabin air filter changed.
