Referred by my divorce attorney Robert Farzad and Yvette Ochoa. Completed 5 appraisals for me.... quality, but took months. Requested updated ones then I cancelled. Was promised a full refund. Followed up. Was promised a refund several times, but never sent it to me. Disputed with my credit card company, bur it is too late. Will now have to take him to small claims court for $27750.

Requested a historical appraisal from this company. Very frustrating from the onset. Dismissive attitude, countless telephone calls and emails and nothing was ever accomplished. After literally three weeks, the gal did not even understand what we were requesting. This was a request for a personal piece of property because I did not want to use my work-related appraiser on this request.
