Patient since 2019 and I couldn’t be happier with the office and staff. I have always been not just heard but listened to. Medical staff as well as front office are personal and attentive to my needs. Very pleased.
I have been a patient at Willard Family Practice for 20 years and, until recently, was very satisfied. I underwent emergency surgery on October 1st and again on October 3rd. On October 14th, they received a pathology report indicating a cancerous tumor in my appendix. I had a post-operative appointment with Mary and a follow-up call regarding my bloodwork results. The BEST no need to look any further
I've seen Mary for years and I always leave feeling heard, validated, and cared for. The front office and nursing staff know me when I walk in which is always a great feeling. I grew up in a small town, and this office reminds me of the small-town care I received growing up.
