Took my vehicle to Willard Express Lube for an oil change this afternoon. When I pulled up I put on my mask. My husband is a cancer survivor, and my mama is 96, so I’m careful. The young man, John, pulled my car in and began the service. I noticed he kept looking at me strangely. Then a delivery truck arrived with oil. He QUITE LOUDLY asked the delivery man if this was the ‘disinfected oil’ making a huge production to laugh. I rate this store 0 on customer service.
RecommendedI bought a new car a few months ago and the light came on to get the oil changed. I took it to Willard Express Lube and there was no wait time, he got my car right into the shop. He came into the waiting room with my dipstick and showed my that my oil was clean and had plenty in the car. He said there was no reason to change the oil today. What?! I took my mother's car in and ask for the back passenger side tire to be repaired due to a slow leak and an oil change as the sticker said it was time. The gentleman said the car computer indicated 40% until an oil change was actually needed and didn't want to take my money for work that wasn't needed. They repaired the tire and I ask what I owed. He said, "Mam, the last thing you planned on doing today was coming to my shop and paying $15 for a tire change. You have a good day. I said but you need to pay your bills too. He ... read more
