Over 50 years I have had Dr. Ruth as my primary care and and have no complaints about the service or help. The office staff had changed and it definitely not a good one. There use to one great office personnel. Also the two nurses Patti and Renee are great.
This practice is in dire need of new staff. The fact that people out in the waiting room could feel the tension in the office is totally unprofessional! Also very little compassion coming from one older medical assistant, who acted like her job was such a chore! The attitudes from the staff towards each other was awful! This medical office is deemed to fail if they do not take into consideration how they speak to each other within the office, and show compassion for all under their care!!!
For over 40 years Doc has always been there for me and family whenever we needed him. He is a very compassionate person.
