willard bay gardens has great classes. all the people working there are very nice.
Attended a watercolor class here and everyone is so kind and friendly! they went above and beyond to accommodate my grandson which was so nice and appreciated! We had such a great time!
Before our visit yesterday, we would have recommended your business. We were treated extremely unprofessionally by the checkout staff. Not only that, but the rude behavior was defended. When I reached out to express my concern, we weren't even offered so much as an, "I'm sorry, you must've caught us on a bad day, we will address it." It seems our experience isn't a first and I'm sure it won't be the last for customers at this business.
Amazing nursery. Beautiful plants with workers that know their business and always willing to help. It’s the only place I shop.
The man who helped me was very rude when I asked if they offered a discount if you bought in bulk. The man replied in a very crude tone, "No, because this is a business not a bazaar or something." I have NEVER been treated this way at ANY other garden shop I've ever been too. If you want to be mistreated, shop at Willard Bay Gardens.
My mother an I just bought some plants from there and when my mother asked if they would give us a deal if we bought in bulk and the guy at the register said, "No, is a business not a bazaar." This is as a ve re y rude, very unnecessary response to a customer and I, myself, am pissed about it. The lady in the back was also unnecessarily rude. I hope those people weren't the owners and if they are not the owners need to take control of them. I will never come back and never send anyone there. Complete disrespect.
Lovely selection of flowers
absolutely had the best flowers ever last year thanks to Willard Bay Gardens and the wonderful people that now run it They are the best and they have the best selection of flowers ever!!
