I’m so beyond livid. This shop is absolutely freaking horrible. Not only did they LIE for days about fixing my boyfriend’s truck they straight up LIED TO HIS FACE!!! I cannot believe the unprofessionalism that he had to deal with. They had his truck for 11 days and said it was “fixed” on day 5 and it was at A DIFFERENT SHOP getting an alignment done.. which turns out was a BLATANT LIE. Then they stopped responding to calls and texts about when it would be ready and the OTHER shop so he pulled up and there his truck was right... read more
