Very unimpressed and disappointed with the service I received. Very overpriced, even with the "discount" they gave me. ($300 for a valve cover gasket? Really?) They go back and change their minds on written and verbal agreements on financing. They also failed to finish an alignment job right the first time, refused to admit fault, and when I brought my vehicle back in for them to finish said job, they performed service without notice or my permission, and still charged me for it. came here a while ago based on positive google reviews especially from women. felt like there was a lot of mansplaining and interrupting while i was talking about my concerns. was disappointed that i didn’t get the same experience as other female customers. along with that, website asked if i needed shuttle services that the employee didn’t offer in person when i asked. overall, i was underwhelmed with the experience and took my car elsewhere
