Hopefully the product is better than the customer service. I signed an agreement 5 Aug to pave my driveway, and was told it would be between 3-4 weeks before work was done. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have yet to receive a call. I called and talked with the scheduler today, and he stated that it would probably be at least two more weeks, so I guess I was just suppose to wait six weeks without a single phone call. I guess I need to be a big contract in order to get good costumer service.
Willard Asphalt just resurfaced our half-mile long driveway on time, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail. They exceeded all our expectations! Thank you so much!
Well they are a great group of guys to work for. And they do a great job.
