Thorough and available. Genuinely cared for my pooch.
ONLY GO HERE FOR SERIOUS ISSUES! They are amazingly thorough but those tests have a cost. We think our dog had a UTI but the testing they recommended to rule out cancer before giving antibiotics would have cost us an arm and a leg.
Say they can help birds of prey but not on Saturdays. A simple procedure could have saved our sick falcon. Due to their politics and red tape they couldn't help save our bird on a Saturday.
They always have someone you can get ahold of which is a great reason to establish care here
