Jim and James were absolutely fabulous. Easy to work with, communicative, fairly priced, honest, professional - I could go on and on. Jim came over to give us a quote and I mentioned the job had to be finished within a fairly short timeframe due to our move in plans. He had his crew installing within a few days (even including acclimation time) - the service was incredible. Willamette Valley Wood Floor Co provided excellent results. We had existing hardwood floors under carpet in 104 year old farmstyle home. We thought the floors were unsalvaegable once uncovered. Hole in the floor was repaired, transition between two wood floor types was smooth, door transition was what we expected, and the wood floor register finished out nice as well. I would recommend this contractor to anybody and will have them back for re-buffs in the future.
