Jim and James were absolutely fabulous. Easy to work with, communicative, fairly priced, honest, professional - I could go on and on. Jim came over to give us a quote and I mentioned the job had to be finished within a fairly short timeframe due to our move in plans. He had his crew installing within a few days (even including acclimation time) - the service was incredible.
