Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau, Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers,” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. All of the vineyards have been certified sustainable through LIVE and Salmon-Safe programs. Additionally, Willamette Valley Vineyard was the first winery in the world to use cork certified through the Rainforest Alliance to FSC® standards.

Yesterday Juliet Peterson, a winery ambassador at Willamette Valley Vineyards gave us the most personal and amazing tour. We had a group of 8, and she took time with each one of us. She was fun, interesting and (did I say, fun!?). What a great day we had at Willamette Valley Vineyards. We were treated very special by Juliet.
