May of 2018 we had a flood due in our utility room due to a water heater leak. WVR came in and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They had the room in plastic, dryers, and brought in the people to do the work to put the room back together which included replacing dry wall, flooring, cabinets, etc. For weeks the work did not begin and repeated attempts to contact them resulted in, 'Mike's not in, he'll call you back'.
