1. Im not sure why this practice has any negative reviews - 2. Our little guy has been a patient under Dr. MIller's care for two years - she is freaking amazing - I have been a nurse for 23 years and Dr. Miller has excellent bedside manner, her nurses are awesome, her front staff is awesome- truly excellent Dr. and practice - she has answered her phone at 4am when my child was sick - they always get us in if something is going on with our little guy- She for sure should open more practices with the great medical business she... read more
We’ve been going here for 4 years since right before the birth of my second son, after going to a peds clinic in Salem for the first couple of years with our oldest (lived there initially.) Dr Miller and her staff are incredible. The experience of going here versus a big peds clinic is night and day. She cares so much and is available to her patients above and beyond. I was hoping to add my daughter to their new patient waiting list but I was told by them they don’t accept children who don’t have any insurance coverage, they don’t accept self pay/out of pocket patients. So sad, no compassion for children without insurance?
We've been taking our baby here since he was born, and Dr. Miller and all of her staff are wonderful. It was easy to get an appointment (and the appointments weren't booking out months in advance), and Dr. Miller and the nurses are kind, encouraging, and professional. My son had some issues with feeding and they've been very helpful in troubleshooting. We're glad to have them in Albany!
