Very effective for health and well-being
I honestly can't give the hospital more than 3 stars though the Ambulance people were responsible for saving my life, though its the Dr. who stuck his head in Trauma room and told the EMTs I was having a heart attack and call life flight. One of the EMTs tried stopping the Dr. to tell him Life Flight stood down due to weather. Thank God for the EMTs quickly getting me back into ambulance and taking me to OSHU where I received a Stent and spent a night or 2 in ICU and most of next day in CCU then was taken to Covid unit. The check-in person working window number one at 2:35 p.m. on Monday July 13th 2026 is amazing! I am new to Medicare and could not find my Medicare card. She searched and searched and searched trying to find my information at United health. Originally the information stated I was ineligible for coverage. After leaving the hospital I was able to find the text message that had my acceptance and member information. I don't know why the two member numbers were different. The Doctor, nurses and staff are very nice and efficient. All my questions are answered and showed care for my conditions.
