I was a first time homebuyer and new nothing of the process. Daniel and James made the process, so stress free and clear cut. I cannot explain how wonderful these two are and how grateful I am for them. They went to bat for me when I needed them the most to make sure things were taken care of, and they were the sweetest yet straight forward pair. 10/10 recommend hiring Daniel and James for your home buying process. I will go to them for my next home in the next 5-10 years and not even waste time looking elsewhere.

Daniel and James helped us buy our dream home for my family of 5! We found this property on Zillow back in December that became a difficult transaction (because the sellers had some issues). Daniel and James are absolutely THE BEST!! For over two years and possibly more than 125 homes toured, we found them to ALWAYS be available for us in our out of state home search. Once we met them and toured about 10-15 homes, they latched on and knew completely what we were searching for in Oregon. I've had the amazing pleasure of working with these lovely individuals through an insane part of our lives after our father passed away and needing to sell his home. The effort, dedication, communication, and knowledge given to us throughout this whole ordeal has been a godsend when the rest has been stressful to say the least, but they smoothed all the wrinkles both metaphorically and literally. I cannot rave about them enough, and I'll recommend them forever.
