I took my mother who is 94 in for a hearing test and found out she needed hearing aids. Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. Randy also took the time to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them.
This is for my wife. She really appreciated the time and attention given to her when her bone conduction device needed replacing. They were considerate and worked with the provider in ensuring the replacement in a timely manner.
I received an audiology exam from Dr. Randy Lerner. He was affable and professional and explained what was happening before, during and after the procedure. Afterwards, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Lerner for audiology. Bruce Farmer, MD (Ret).
