Front desk was nice. The place was lovely inside. However, I felt dismissed at my appt. The appt would've been over in 2 minutes if I hadn't pushed to talk more about why I was there. I wish the appt had been approached with more curiosity vs immediately disregarding my reason for being there. I felt like I had to advocate for myself the entire time. Not to mention, my recent low iron when I had no history of an iron issue was attributed to my previous blood donations from a decade ago & my light periods which made no sense.... read more
I have consistently received excellent care at the Corvallis branch of the Willamette Valley Cancer Institute. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Chemotherapy is no birthday party, but the staff here have helped make it as easy and pleasant as possible when I have been under their care.
