Update 11/17/25 I noticed you guys charged me for the full month to rent a water dispenser even though I canceled in October but you made sure to not pick it up until early November so you could charge the whole month for it. Sales Rep Daniel Merrill was outstanding in helping us determine what water softener system was best for our home, worked out all the details flawlessly and was available via text to answer all my questions. Service Tech Richard Nelson came out to replace our 10+ year old water softener and did an excellent job in keeping the space neat and clean. Love how quickly it was done from when I called for service to the replacement installation. 😀

Update 10/30/25 Again with the missed deliveries, then me calling to ask why I didn't get my water since Sept 2nd, today is the day before halloween and I was told it was not scheduled even though it is on my invoice for the next delivery date. I call to ask and the guy gets short with me and tells me its up to me if I want to cancel, so I guess I am done and trying another company.
