I have always been overly pleased with Culligan until today. New Shady practices. I had become behind on my bill. Embarassingly so. So my service was cut. I do not fault them for that they are a business. As soon as I had something to give them I called. My bill was 460 I had half to give them. They said no. Absolutely not. They could only accept full payment. So I went on my way. It took me six months before I had the full amount. When I did I called and paid. Water restored. I get my first delivery.
