I’m about to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Two days ago I saw a dishwasher for $759 on their website. I called and talked to a sales associate that said he can see there are some in stock but will call me back the next morning to confirm and finish the purchase. So no phone call back and checked their website and the price got switched to $1,079. Pretty brave as I took screen shots. If I can I’ll post the pics.. NEVER DO BUSINESS with them!
Absolutely horrible experience. Months of lies and deceit and verbal abuse by the owner (Nigel). He was unable to problem solver and discuss with me ways to,fox things. He would just hang up on me or yell at me on the phone. I think most of the positive reciews in here are from before the new owners. Shoppers beware of WVA. We had great luck at Standard TV and Appliance!
I totally believe in shopping locally. This time it did not work out. I went to Home Depot instead. I value honesty, transparency, and customer service. Did not find it here.

Bob and Doug are a pleasure to deal with. We have been very happy with a dishwasher we bought over a year ago. When a part uncharacteristically broke on it, and we were past the warranty coverage date, Bob took care of it! That's not happening with Lowes or Home Depot. -Knowledge -Service -Options -Price
