Inadequate communication with clients. Staff not warm. Prices keep going up. Misdiagnoses required second visit. Absolutely no financial assistance--you will be turned away with a sick animal unless you can pay them an extra $70.00 fee. This used to be a good, pet-centered clinic. They are now VCA corporate. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Not good. They misdiagnosed my dog and did a 1400 dollar surgery. They thought there was a chew toy in his stomach. They opened him up and said it was an air bubble. Why cant they read an x-ray? Students work on you pets at this clinic, beware. I wont go back .
