Inadequate communication with clients. Staff not warm. Prices keep going up. Misdiagnoses required second visit. Absolutely no financial assistance--you will be turned away with a sick animal unless you can pay them an extra $70.00 fee. This used to be a good, pet-centered clinic. They are now VCA corporate. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
