If you receive care here, prepare to be frustrated to the point that your head may spin off your body. Highlights include: 1. Waiting almost a year to receive an outpatient test. Each time I inquired about scheduling, I received a different story - poor staffing (blamed on the hospital not approving an additional FTE), machine is broken, lack of training, turnover, etc. Eventually, a letter was sent to the Salem Health patient advocate and this resulted in the test being completed within a week. 2. Cancelled an appointment that I’ve been waiting for a couple months. Never again
This place is trash. My doctor sent this place a referral in November of 2024, in May 2025 after calling numerous times ( being told my referral hadn’t been sent when in reality this place was spelling my name wrong and they weren’t smart enough to use my phone number until finally I talked to somebody with common sense that figured this mess out) I finally got an appt in July.
