Terrible call back policy…zero involvement in assisting me in getting my procedure. Not sure what they do there, I’ve been in this process for just over 6 months.
Doctor had decided what I had before I even came in. He wasn't interested in doing any sort of investigation at all. He didn't even introduce himself when he came in. Then, he heavily pushed medication for symptom management
Salem health now runs things here and almost everything has taken a nose dive. I have had THREE of my appointments in the last four months (the only 3 I have had) that they have rescheduled. Still don't have an order in for my CT and still have not addressed the abdominal discomfort since surgery. The office staff try and they are usually pretty friendly but, they get a lot of angry and disgruntled patients, do to everything being a mess. A year of appointments for an elderly family member, im no more impressed than when we started... Doctors bedside manor is horrible... talks at the patient, not to them, and zero compassion for a person's lack of comprehension. Staff doesn't call/return calls even when scheduling surgery. Loses files. Every bit of this lead to the elderly patient waiting several months for a necessary procedure, leaving them in pain constantly.
Took forever from referral to get an appointment. Then, my appointment was rescheduled. Understandable, stuff comes up. Then the afternoon before my rescheduled appointment, I was left a voicemail informing me my appointment with Dr. Moon was changed from 4pm to 10:30am. Not a request, just, “this is happening.” Then they had the audacity to cancel the rescheduled-rescheduled appointment less than an hour before the appointment time. I’d avoid ever going here. I’d leave zero stars if I could.
