If you receive care here, prepare to be frustrated to the point that your head may spin off your body. Highlights include: 1. Waiting almost a year to receive an outpatient test. Each time I inquired about scheduling, I received a different story - poor staffing (blamed on the hospital not approving an additional FTE), machine is broken, lack of training, turnover, etc. Eventually, a letter was sent to the Salem Health patient advocate and this resulted in the test being completed within a week. 2.
