beware of parking anywhere around the mall. My vehicle was broken into in broad daylight. Thief stole my daughters Brand new clothes that were late birthday presents and stole my clothes. They need security patrolling the lots. With as money that is spent at these stores I would think security would be a top priority. You cannot leave a vehicle unattended for long anywhere near the mall.

We appreciate you supporting the tenants of Willamette Town Center. We want all of our visitors and employees to feel safe while visiting us, which is why we have always had full time, uniformed, on-site security at this property. We utilize foot patrols both interior and exterior along with a marked security vehicle during our business hours and for several hours after the stores close. We also have additional auto patrols throughout the night to enhance those services.
The reconstruction of this perfectly normative mall turned it into a cheap stupidly designed plaza with two crappy “anchor stores”. The only two good things there now are Joe’s cell phone covers and the movie plex.
DIscrimination to Service Dog handlers and equal access rights according to Federal ADA and Dept of Justice Laws and the State of Oregon Laws.
The seats a very comfortable and the theater is very clean!

Went to see Maleficent Mistress of Evil Was a bit of problem with the projector, but the staff were very nice and offered refunds We waited it out and were not disappointed. I used the ladies restroom and was very happily surprised with how spotless it was Will go again next month
Just watched a movie at the theater and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! I reserved tickets online, which was super easy, and also got tickets for a movie with the recliner seats. Wow!! The seats are a super plush leather and even have power to recline and get super comfy like I do at home. I highly recommend this place... great seats, crystal clear sound, excellent high resolution screen, hot food and of course we can’t forget about customer service.
