This place is where you need to go if you need to get you car damaged , tore some trim off my car and they wouldn't even stop the cars going through to look for it and said I would have to come back later when it wasn't busy. I went back later and they denied it happened, no call back from the manager.
RecommendedI have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences whenever I go to Willamette Mist Car Wash. They never fail to deliver an excellent car wash with the most friendly yet professional customer service. Evan has helped me multiple times and is always helpful and kind, he is an exceptional employee here. I highly recommend everyone to have their car washed here.
Paid for a Premium Wash + $5 extra for the Hand Wheel Wash, because I know the machines don't always do the best job. When I got home and took a look, the wheels were still filthy. What a rip off.
I would give negative stars if I could. Don't use Willamette Mist Car Wash. I went in with a good tire, and came out with a hole ripped in the sidewall. When it happened the employee called the owner, who would not even come in to see what happened. The employee told me the owner would contact me about accidental damage. Owner never contacted me. The new owners have done a lot of upgrades to this car wash over the last several years and I enjoy the monthly membership. The attendants are friendly. I have no complaints!
my antenna broke off from this car was today I been in different car wash too many times never had this happen. I will contact Better Business Bureau and file a complaint if the owner does not replace my broken antenna.
