This place is where you need to go if you need to get you car damaged , tore some trim off my car and they wouldn't even stop the cars going through to look for it and said I would have to come back later when it wasn't busy. I went back later and they denied it happened, no call back from the manager.

Paid for a Premium Wash + $5 extra for the Hand Wheel Wash, because I know the machines don't always do the best job. When I got home and took a look, the wheels were still filthy. What a rip off.

I would give negative stars if I could. Don't use Willamette Mist Car Wash. I went in with a good tire, and came out with a hole ripped in the sidewall. When it happened the employee called the owner, who would not even come in to see what happened. The employee told me the owner would contact me about accidental damage. Owner never contacted me. I had to track him down. Then, he basically said that his machine puts through 1000's of cars a day, so there is no way it could have caused the problem. I'm just out to get... read more
