These guys are scummy they will ignore when you need maintenance they will try to evict you and ruin your life they rent out dirty units that have cat piss stuck in the carpet. Buyer be aware ! Scam !
Worst property management company ever! They take advantage on you and steal your money, think about it before doing business with them.
My overall impression was that they are understaffed or unorganized, rude, and likely to get sued at some point for discrimination (or unfair business practices). I emailed their office five times with no response. They are apparently too busy and cannot handle the properties they manage properly. It took them two weeks to approve my application (great income, credit score, perfect applicant) for the wrong inferior property that I hadn't applied for.
Is all I can say is beware of this company and do not use them
I would not recommend them. They will tell you one thing and then do another and you can never get a hold of them because there hours suck. They are only open from 10 - 3 when most people are working during those hours and they never return phone calls or emails. Beware if you use this company because what can go wrong will go wrong.
