Called this company to set an appointment. Nearest one 2 weeks away, The day comes and they never showed up. So, I called to find out why.. Incredibly long and boring story short: They're using a company to generate leads for them, and they didn't want to take the work that I needed done. Then they have the nerve to claim that if they called and canceled my appointment or explain this to me, they would be in breach of contract with their lead generation vendor? What a load of crap. We came home after a weekend gone to a freezing home and called "emergency service" at 5 or so. $395 to let us know it was a bad furnace control board. It would take days longer to get the board. Then a burnt switch was discovered which was no longer in production, so we waited over two weeks for a part. We give Jay the technician Five Stars for doing everything he could to fix it - and he did a great job. Old school guy who can fix things! As a new homeowner, I reached out to this company as referred to me from the seller’s real estate broker. I have a problem with heat. They told me they had been to the unit once but just to service the A/C. They did not tell me that my HVAC system had recently been serviced, so there was no need to replace filters. The tech, Caleb, once at my unit, admitted that he had not checked air flow at that visit.
