Had our oil furnace stop working, Willamette HVAC was recommended to me by a co-worker. Called and Jay came out, he was able to diagnose the problem and get the part ordered. He came back out, made the repair, did some maintenance on it and explained everything he did and made some recommendations. Jay was great and easy to work with! I would highly recommend their services!
Honest friendly service. Technician came to fix furnace not heating. Must have been user error cause system worked great when technician got there. System checked out and furnace cleaned and checked out.
Called this company to set an appointment. Nearest one 2 weeks away, The day comes and they never showed up. So, I called to find out why.. Incredibly long and boring story short: They're using a company to generate leads for them, and they didn't want to take the work that I needed done. Then they have the nerve to claim that if they called and canceled my appointment or explain this to me, they would be in breach of contract with their lead generation vendor? What a load of crap.
