Very professional group. It hard to find groups that really understand manufactured homes. All they do is manufactured homes on leased land. They help with obtaining financing and insurance as well. They sold my home within less than a week. Tracy who works at the office was extremely helpful and very polite. The closing process was very quick and easy with them and i did not feel rushed or pressured into selling.
