My mom wanted pillars for an electric gate. It was difficult to get the right stones ordered by the staff. When the order finally arrived it wasn't removed from the truck and went to another store hours away. And then when it made it back to the Roseburg store several days later, it was WRONG!!!. My mom is a recently widowed 80 year old, who has to pay for the labor.
