Horrible place horrible customer service been trying to get my sons asthma medication filled for 3 weeks I told them he is gonna end up in the hospital and was told don't know what to tell you I'm just a receptionist. Then I ask to talk to someone higher up and for 3 weeks that person is unavailable they are with a patient have they called me back once NOPE then I ask for that person's boss and they try and tell me that's the Dr and I can't let you talk to the Dr like WHAT!!
Worst medical place ever. Nurse Madi which shouldn't be called a nurse didn't help me not one single bit. Trying to get off the phone to go have lunch. Worst customer care and nonprofessional staff, doctors are always on vacation! This clinic used to do great work but that was 10+ years ago. Ur as good as dead if u come here for help.
This place is the worst. I can’t believe they hired Dr. Ortega to see patients he is the most rude & has no respect or compassion towards his patients including kids. If you can get back to me I would highly appreciate it.
